Sheet Metal Stamping & Cold Forming
Precision sheet metal forming and deep drawing operations with hydraulic and mechanical presses up to 1,500 tons. Integrated production solution for the structural part requirements of the automotive and agricultural sectors.
Cold sheet forming is a fundamental manufacturing process where sheet metal is shaped into the desired geometry using press dies. On TDM Otomotiv's hydraulic press line, we produce a wide product range — from structural automotive parts to agricultural machinery cabin components — within tight tolerances. The process knowledge accumulated since 2004 ensures consistent quality across every production batch.

Frequently asked questions
What press capacity do you have?
We cold-form and deep-draw sheet metal on hydraulic and mechanical presses up to 1,500 tonnes, covering single- and double-action forming operations.
Which materials do you form?
Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet.
Who builds the dies?
Our in-house tool shop designs dies in CAD/CAM, machines them on CNC centres, tries them out on our own presses and maintains them. We can also rework and modify your existing dies.
What happens after forming?
Welding, sub-assembly, powder or wet painting and 3D laser inspection are done in the same plant, so parts leave one supplier ready for assembly.
What kind of parts do you stamp?
Body and chassis parts for commercial vehicles, cab panels and brackets for agricultural machinery, automotive seat-frame parts, and housings and mounting parts for industrial equipment.
What do I need to send for a stamping quote?
Upload your drawing or 3D model (STEP, IGES, PDF, DWG, DXF) with material, sheet thickness, annual volume and the status of any existing tooling.
