1. General

These Terms of Use apply to all visitors and users ("User") of tdmtr.com ("Site") operated by TDM Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("TDM Otomotiv", "we"). By accessing the Site you are deemed to be aware of these Terms; interactive actions such as form submissions or content uploads may require additional, separate consents.

2. Intellectual Property

All text, images, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, code, and designs on the Site are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and applicable international IP law, owned by TDM Otomotiv or its licensors.

Site content may not be reproduced, published, used to create derivative works, or used commercially without written permission. Personal and non-commercial viewing and reasonable quotation are permitted.

3. Trademarks

"TDM Otomotiv" and our logo are registered trademarks. They may not be used without prior written consent.

Customer logos shown on the Site (Ford Otosan, Karsan, CNH Industrial, Massey Ferguson, AGCO, Türk Traktör, SDF Group, TAFE and others) are the registered trademarks of their respective owners and are shown solely as customer references.

4. Disclaimer

Site content is provided for general information about our manufacturing capacity and services. It does not constitute a specific commitment of technical specification, price, or delivery timeline for any project; these are established by written contract.

Although reasonable care is taken to keep Site content accurate and current, no guarantee is made that content is uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no express or implied warranties are given, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TDM Otomotiv is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site. • Unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or rights-infringing activities

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Bursa, Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rights and mandatory jurisdictional rules of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
