Welding & Assembly

Our welding and assembly line, with certified manual welding operators and robotic welding stations, joins sheet and pipe parts of varying geometries with high strength. MIG/MAG, TIG, laser, and spot welding methods process carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials. Robotic lines are preferred for consistent weld quality and high repeatability, while manual welding supports prototyping and low-volume production.

Our Capabilities

  • Robotic MIG/MAG welding stations for high-volume production
  • Manual TIG welding: precision joining of stainless steel and aluminum
  • Spot welding lines for sheet panel joining
  • Welding fixture design and in-house manufacturing
  • Quality verification via visual inspection + weld penetration check

Applications

  • Automotive seat frames and body sub-assemblies
  • Agricultural machinery cabin and chassis structures
  • Commercial vehicle grab rail frames and brackets
  • Grab rail and custom profile assemblies
  • Multi-part sub-assembly units

Why TDM Otomotiv?

Our certified welding operators work within processes aligned with IATF 16949 principles. Sheet forming, welding, and paint operations are integrated within the same facility; this eliminates semi-finished part transfers, shortens lead times, and brings every process under a single quality control umbrella.
