- Necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): the primary basis for processing data you submit via the contact and career forms (pre-contractual measures).
- Our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): website security, server and security logs, bot protection, and the prevention of misuse.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)): tax, commercial and employment-law retention requirements.
- Your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — where required: for consent-based cookies and embedded third-party content (YouTube, Google Maps), marketing communications, retention of your CV for future positions, and — where applicable — cross-border transfers; consent is obtained as a separate, specific and revocable choice.
5. Data Sharing
Your data may be shared with:

- Public authorities: where required by law
- Internal staff: authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis
Cross-border transfers are managed under three distinct legal frameworks: (i) transfers from Türkiye are governed by KVKK Art. 9 on the basis of appropriate safeguards (undertakings / standard contracts), binding corporate rules, or — where applicable — explicit consent; (ii) transfers of EU/EEA personal data to third countries are based on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with supplementary measures under GDPR Chapter V; (iii) recipients in the United States are addressed via the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, otherwise via SCCs and additional safeguards. Provider-level details are available on request.
